Current Events

On February 16,2012 Honduras faced another bad fire but the strange thing about this one was that the firefighters were told to not go to fight the fire. Later Honduras asked the United States to help them by donating supplies. The United States did but they don't understand why the firefighters were told to not respond to the fire.
Human Rights group has demanded an explanation to what cause the fire that killed 358 prisoners. A lot of the people in Honduras think that either the prisoners had something to do with it or that the prison guards had something to do with it. They are not yet sure of just what it was that caused the fire. The reason a lot of people think that the prison guards did it was because of how weird they were acting when some of the firefighters tried to go in and stop the fire and save people. The prison guards wouldn't let them in and that isn't making sense to a lot of the people.
